Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify as a leaseholder.
Credit Requirement:
No public record items, such as bankruptcies, foreclosures, liens, etc.
No more than three open collection accounts, not including medical collections
No pending judgments, or past evictions from a previous landlord
No utility collections, such as Detroit Edison, or Consumers Energy
Income Requirements:
The applicant’s gross monthly income must be 3½ times the apartment’s rent
The applicant must submit one month’s recent payroll stubs. If the applicant is self-employed, or does not receive a payroll stub for any reason, then a 1099, or W2 must be submitted from the last tax season
Rental History Requirements:
Landlord verification helps to lower your deposit amount; this document must be communicated by fax.
